For the event posters, I leaned into Boiler Room’s provocative aesthetic, using bold typography and striking visuals to capture the raw energy of underground parties. In contrast, for social media and venue designs, I adopted a bolder interpretation of Budweiser’s classic branding, infusing it with vibrant colors and dynamic elements to push the brand’s boundaries. This dual approach created a “same but different” visual narrative that appealed to both brands’ audiences, emphasizing a thrilling nightlife experience where beer and music unite.

Beneath The Code Branding Project
The Behind the Code art exhibit explored the early AI landscape of 2019 and focused on the enigmatic presence of extraneous figures generated by GAN (Generative Adversarial Network) code. The exhibit questioned why AI sometimes inserted these almost inhuman and distorted entities alongside intended subjects, suggesting a deeper commentary on the need for belonging and association, even within algorithms. The design utilized stark typography and monochromatic palettes to create a sense of unease, complementing the eerie imagery of AI-generated humans and their disfigured counterparts. This visual identity invited viewers to reflect on the implications of technology and the inherent complexity of human connection, encouraging a deeper engagement with the thought-provoking themes of the exhibit.
